RETURN POLICY
W e're happy to provide replacements for defective products. We do not offer refunds on DVD sales. A DVD may only be replaced by the same DVD title. Please contact us so that we can make the necessary arrangements. If you are returning an item, please tell us the reason you are returning it so we can help you more efficiently. You can send defective items for replacement to the above address.
