RETURN POLICY
We are happy to provide replacements for defective products. We do not offer refunds on DVD sales. A DVD may only be replaced by the same DVD title. Please contact us so that we can make the necessary arrangements. If you are returning an item, please tell us the reason you are returning it so we can help you more efficiently. You can send defective items for replacement to the above address.

SHIPPING Please allopw 3-10 days for shipping in the USA. For international orders allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. We make every effort to ship your order out to you as quickly as possible.With so many popular items, there may be times when we are out of stock on an item, or that item may be on back order. We will do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible. We provide fast, efficient USPS Priority Mail shipping. If for any reason we can not send out your order, we will notify you.
